Security and maintenance services will be limited to the work specified in the applicable agreement. No website or online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or free from errors, attacks, downtime, or data loss.
Clients should maintain appropriate backups, secure account credentials, and keep their hosting and third-party services in good standing. Backup, recovery, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance are included only where agreed.
10. Confidentiality and Data Protection
We will handle confidential project information responsibly and use it as necessary to provide agreed services, comply with legal obligations, and protect our legitimate interests.
Clients should avoid sending passwords or sensitive information through insecure channels. Where account access is required, secure and limited-access methods should be used whenever possible.
